Welcome to my DIY Project and delicious dishes blog.

Mixed-Berry Chia Jam

I love when it gets close to summer because berries are in season and I get to make my favorite jam. I discovered this recipe in a food magazine, it is incredibly easy to make. Once my family started eating this jam we haven't been able to go back to eating store bought jam.

How yummy does this jam on toast look? I am getting hungry just writing this blog!

I love that this recipe only uses 4 ingredients!! Berries, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon sticks. The chia seeds add an extra health benefit for all the health nuts like myself.

The fragrance that fills my house once the berries start cooking is incredibly mouth watering and wonderful.

Are you ready for the recipe yet? I hope that this becomes a staple in your house like it has mine! You can also get creative and use different berries to your liking! Enjoy.
