Who doesn't love a chalkboard? Even better is a chalkboard that you have customized yourself to match your home decor and style. One of the first projects that I ever did with chalk paint was transforming a $2 thrift-store glass picture frame into a chalk board. This project inspired my love for transforming junk into treasure. My whole world opened up when I realized how easy it was to make my own home decor. Once you learn that you can refinish knick knacks and furniture from a thrift store, the DIY possibilities are endless.
